Experienced agricultural industry veterans to help drive company growth and expansion
Custom Agronomics, a private-label manufacturer of liquid solutions for the agriculture, turf management, lawn care and industrial markets, has appointed Greg Thompson and Bryan Wilson to its Board of Directors. The agriculture industry veterans will help set the company’s strategic direction as it looks to enter new markets and drive growth.

Thompson, who will serve as Executive Chairman of the Board, and Wilson are executive advisors to Inverness Graham, a private investment firm that announced a strategic investment in Custom Agronomics in September. Thompson and Wilson have decades of success in the agriculture industry as investors, entrepreneurs, and executives.
Thompson has held leadership roles with a number of successful start-up companies where he worked with private equity investment firms to grow revenues and build value. As a co-founder and president of Verdesian Life Sciences, Thompson led the acquisition and integration of six companies to expand the company’s global market presence.
He later served as CEO of PureField Ingredients, the nation’s leading producer of wheat protein, and White Energy, a leading manufacturer of low-carbon biofuels.
Wilson has 35 years of global experience in the agricultural industry across chemical manufacturing, crop inputs, and crop protection segments. He now works with private equity groups assessing potential acquisitions in the agriculture industry and invests in numerous venture capital enterprises.
He is the co-founder of Tacoma Ag, LLC, a generic branded crop protection company that rapidly grew to national prominence and was subsequently purchased by Atticus LLC in 2018. Wilson previously served as President of United Agri Products, a NASDAQ-traded company, acquired by Agrium Inc for $2.65B in 2007.
